Welcome to Coffee with Pensy — a blog I started over fifteen years ago when I was sitting at my kitchen table in Hamilton, writing about colour, style and confidence.

The coffee is still on. The passion hasn't changed. I'm Pensy Low-Schuemperli — a certified image consultant and personal stylist based in Hamilton, New Zealand, with over 25 years of experience helping women feel confident and like themselves again.

Born to a Swiss father and a South American mother, I grew up between cultures, languages and completely different ways of seeing the world. My Swiss side gave me precision and an eye for quality. My South American roots gave me warmth, colour and the deep belief that how a woman shows up in the world matters.

For over 25 years — across New Zealand and Switzerland — I've been helping women discover what it actually feels like to get dressed with confidence. Not the kind that comes from following trends, but the kind that comes from truly understanding yourself. Your colours. Your shape. Your story.

These articles are a record of that journey — written over the years as I worked, learned and grew alongside the women I served. Some are from 2010. Some are more recent. All of them come from the same place: a genuine love of helping women feel like themselves.
